Shop terms
These terms apply to consumer orders placed through the Natural Clean Jersey Shop. The seller is NATURAL CLEAN JERSEY LTD, trading as Natural Clean Jersey. Full legal and contact details appear on the Business Information page. MadeKind is a supplier and Worldpay is the payment provider; neither is the customer’s seller.
Products and availability
We aim to describe products, variants, images, ingredients where supplied, prices and availability accurately. Minor appearance differences may occur. Products remain subject to availability and may be corrected, changed or withdrawn.
Prices, GST and promotions
Prices are in pounds sterling and are final customer amounts inclusive of 5% Jersey GST. GST is contained within product prices and delivery charges and is not added again at checkout. Promotion codes may have eligibility, dates, minimum spend, usage or maximum-discount limits; may exclude delivery; and may be non-stackable. The applicable conditions are checked before an order is created. We may withdraw a promotion prospectively or refuse misuse, but will not recalculate an accepted order retrospectively.
Orders, acceptance and payment
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. You can review the product, discount, delivery and total amounts before continuing to Worldpay’s secure payment page. Natural Clean Jersey does not receive or store full card details. A browser return, awaiting-payment page or failed payment is not proof of payment or acceptance. Payment is confirmed only after Natural Clean Jersey verifies it with Worldpay. A contract is formed when, after payment and availability checks, we send an order-confirmation email saying that payment has been received and the order is being prepared. That email provides the order summary in a durable form.
We may decline an order before acceptance where payment is not confirmed, an item is unavailable, customer or pricing information is materially wrong, fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected, or fulfilment would be unlawful. If money has been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will arrange the appropriate repayment.
Delivery
Orders are limited to Jersey addresses. Standard Jersey delivery is £5.00 and is free when the discounted merchandise subtotal is £50.00 or more. Customers must provide a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address. Some mixed or supplier-assisted orders may arrive in separate parcels; Natural Clean Jersey remains responsible for the customer relationship. See Delivery.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
The Returns and Refunds policy explains our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind period, how to contact us before sending goods, faulty or incorrect goods and refund processing. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights.
Website use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the shop, interfere with its security, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access or use promotion codes fraudulently. The site’s branding and original content belong to Natural Clean Jersey or the relevant licensors and may not be reused without permission. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
Liability and events outside our control
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, we are not responsible for consumer losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. We will contact affected customers where an event outside our reasonable control materially delays or prevents fulfilment.
Privacy, complaints and law
Our Privacy Notice explains how order information is used. Send complaints to shoporders@naturalcleanjersey.com with the order number and an explanation. We will review the complaint fairly and respond within a reasonable time. These terms and consumer contracts are governed by Jersey law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Jersey courts. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection or right to use another court that applicable law provides.
