Delivery
We accept shop orders for delivery to Jersey addresses only.
Delivery charge
Standard Jersey delivery is £5.00. Delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is £50.00 or more. Delivery is excluded from merchandise promotion discounts. The displayed charge is GST-inclusive and nothing is added at payment.
Timing and separate parcels
NCJ aims to prepare orders promptly. We will provide any available delivery estimate with the order or in direct communication, but estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise. Orders containing both NCJ-held and supplier-assisted items may arrive in separate parcels. We do not currently promise tracking, dispatch emails or automated fulfilment updates.
Address, access and delays
Please provide an accurate Jersey address and delivery information that does not include entry security codes, medical details or unrelated personal information. If nobody is available, the carrier’s safe and lawful delivery process will apply. Contact us if an order is delayed; Natural Clean Jersey will remain responsible for customer communication and will contact you if an item becomes unavailable.
